1. Does Aspen Heights have houses or apartment communities?

We have both all over the country! In some of the cities you’ll find us in, you’ll see a neighborhood of cottage style homes. In others, you’ll see luxury apartment communities. What do they have in common? They’re all top of the line housing with incredible amenities to boot.

2. Does AH offer individual leases or are we responsible for the whole house?

Yes, we offer individual leases! If you don’t have a roommate in mind, we will place you with roommates through our roommate-matching program.

3. Do you allow pets?

Yes, we are very pet-friendly! We know having a pet is a great advantage for our residents! For the safety of the neighborhood, we have a few restrictions. No dogs over 70lbs and no aggressive breeds including Pit Bulls, Rottweiler’s, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, wolf-hybrids. We will occasionally make some exceptions to these rules. If you would like to discuss this further, please call the Aspen Heights phone number on the website. Aspen Heights staff reserves the right to make decisions on pets allowed in the neighborhood.

4. Is there a pet deposit?

Yes, the deposit amount and pet fee will vary depending on the location of the Aspen Heights neighborhood. There is NO monthly pet rent!

5. Does Aspen Heights have a private shuttle?

Some of our properties have a private shuttle depending on the location. Please contact your local Aspen Heights representatives for more information.

6. How long are your leases?

Our leases are 12 month agreements with the option to perform a lease reassignment for the remaining lease term.

7. Do you provide a roommate matching service if we don’t have the required amount of people to sign a lease?

Yes! If you don’t know of anyone else to live with but you’re dying to live at Aspen Heights, there’s no need to worry! You and your friends can sign an individual lease at any time, and we guarantee that you’ll live in one of our beautiful Aspen Heights communities. You can also use our roommate-matching program that gives you more access, more freedom, and more control over who you live with.

8. Are the houses furnished?

We offer different furniture packages depending on the city you’re in! Contact us at our local Aspen office to get more details about furniture.

10. Does Aspen Heights have on-site maintenance?

Yes, Aspen Heights has an on-site maintenance staff that works hard to respond and resolves any maintenance issues within four hours!
