By merging the best practices in customer service and marketing with the best practices of construction and development, Aspen Heights has created an innovative approach that is revolutionizing the student housing industry.

The company’s first project was constructed in Waco, Texas in 2006. The neighborhood far surpassed all expectations by fully pre-leasing within 2 months, paving the road for the tremendous opportunity that lay ahead. In 2008, Aspen Height went global when the “House for a Home” concept through the Aspen Heights in Africa initiative was launched. To date, Aspen Heights has grown to more than 100 employees and continues to expand throughout the United States. With the growth of the company comes an exciting increase in opportunity to provide housing, education and nutrition to those living in abject poverty in Africa.
