1. Does Aspen Heights have houses or apartments?

Aspen Heights is a community of houses and duplex-style cottages, consisting of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom models.  Each model has several different styles from which you can choose. 

2. Do the different style houses have different floor plans?

Each floor plan is the same, depending on what model you choose.  All 2 bedroom models are the same, all 3 bedroom models are the same, and all 4 bedroom models are the same.  There may be a slight difference in the size of the bedrooms for each model, depending on your location in the house.

3. Does AH offer individual leases or are we responsible for the whole house?

*AH offers two different lease options for the convenience of its residents:

Individual Lease: If you choose this option, we will place you with roommates through our roommate-matching program and will assign a bedroom to you. *Note that when you choose to sign an individual lease, you do not have the option to pick your bedroom and house style.

Joint Lease: If you choose this option, you may choose any house that is available in the neighborhood and you get to pick both your house and the roommates you live with.  Please understand, you and your roommates take responsibility for the full value of the house by choosing this option.

4. Do you allow Pets?

Yes, we are very pet friendly! We know having a pet is a great advantage for our clients! However, for the safety of the neighborhood, we have a few restrictions. No dogs over 70lbs, no Pit Bulls, Rottweiler’s, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf-hybrids, or any dog that has any of the above breeds in their lineage. We will occasionally make some exceptions to these rules. If you would like to discuss this further, please call the Aspen Heights phone number on the website. Aspen Heights staff reserves the right to make decisions on pets allowed in the neighborhood.

5. Is there a pet deposit?

Yes, the deposit amount and pet fee will vary depending on the location of the Aspen Heights neighborhood.  There is NO monthly pet rent!

6. Does Aspen Heights have a Private Shuttle?

Some of our properties have a private shuttle, depending on the location.  Please contact your local Aspen Heights representatives for more information.

7. How long are your Leases?

12 months, with the option to sublease for the remaining lease term.

8. Do you provide a roommate matching service if we don’t have the required amount of people to sign a lease?

Yes! If you don’t know of anyone else to live with, but you’re dying to live at Aspen Heights, there’s no need to worry! You and your friends can sign an individual lease at any time and we guarantee that you’ll live in one of our beautiful Aspen Heights homes. You can also use our roommate-matching program that gives you more access, more freedom, and more control over who you live with.

9. Are the houses Furnished?

We offer furnished and unfurnished options. Please see our price listing for breakdowns.

10. What is included with the furnished option?

We have two different furniture packages, depending on your location.  At some of our locations, the furnished option includes the common area and bedroom furniture separately. This will include a couch set, end tables, coffee table, and bar stools for the common area; and a full size bed, desk, mirror, bedside table, and dresser for the bedrooms.  At other locations, there is one furniture package, which includes all bedrooms and the common area.  Check with your local Aspen Heights to find out which option applies to you!

11. What utilities are included with My Rent?

12. What safety precautions do you provide?

While we can never guarantee anyone’s safety, we do make every effort to provide a safe neighborhood for our residents.  Aspen Heights is a gated neighborhood and offers individual security systems on every home, electronic keys, and security cameras at the entrance/exits to the neighborhood.

13.  Does Aspen Heights have on-site maintenance?

Yes, Aspen Heights has an on-site maintenance staff that work hard to respond and resolve any maintenance issues within four hours!
