Founded in 2006, Aspen Heights was created with the vision of revolutionizing student living. We conducted focus groups with over 4,000 college students to learn more about what they wanted in a living experience. As a result of these focus groups, we created a product centered around being a house and not an apartment, world-class customer service, and a company surrounding global impact.

In 2007, Aspen Heights in Africa was created. This innovative program was created to help those living in abject poverty in Africa. The House for the Home program provides housing and education for every lease that is signed. We are passionate about creating a culture that values excellence, service, innovation, and being the best!
